This clients project consisted of a structural transformation creating an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. Constructing of walls allowed for the creation of a butler’s pantry off of the kitchen allowing flexibility when entertaining their guests.

The focal point of the kitchen is the elongated island allowing for conversations and memories to occur for years to come. New cabinets, backsplash, new flooring throughout, paint, new appliances and updated lighting complete the modern overhaul.
